1. What should be paid attention to when signing for goods?
A: Please pay attention to the following points when signing for the package:
1) When signing, please check the goods in front of the warehouse handover person / courier to check whether the outer package of the goods is in good condition, whether the outer package is obviously damaged or torn, whether the box seal is in good condition, and whether there is obvious difference in weight. If there is any abnormality, please make a remark on the waybill before signing;
2) If the goods are damaged, lost or short when they are delivered, please ask the courier to sign on the express sheet to prove the abnormality and take photos of the abnormal goods and outer packaging. If there is no courier's signature, they will not participate in the claim;
3) the normal receipt of goods marks the end of the whole process of transshipment. Our company will not be responsible for any situation of goods after the normal receipt.


2. Time limit and method of payment?
Answer: Choose to directly print the claim amount to the corresponding account, and the time limit for payment is 1-2 working days.
The time limit is 5 days for the payment of the claim amount to Alipay, (providing Alipay / WeChat / bank account and corresponding name).

3. Why not pay according to the actual value?

7. My things are all damaged and can't be used. Why only pay 30% of the declared value?

8. The package I received is short of goods. What should I do?
